Collecting information at the race site and making the best use of in-house technology! Radiator core guard made by FUJI SEIMITSU

MOBIO Cafe Meeting, a cross-industrial meeting held with all possible measures to prevent the spread of COVID19 infection, including masks, hand disinfection and sufficient ventilation.
On June 27, three exhibitors explained their technologies with samples in hand. After the presentations, business cards were exchanged and individual discussions were held in front of the booths.

FUJI developed a radiator core guard as a "nice to have" product for their company and their customers. It prevents damage to the radiator, oil cooler, etc., caused by pebbles and other debris rolled up from the front tires of motorcycles. This new business became possible by FUJI's special skill in both etching and motorcycle racing.

●Obtaining the latest specifications and information at race sites and developing products accordingly

●Developing products by deploying photo-etching technology that enables small-lot production without the need for metal molds

●Responding to the different shapes and sizes for each motorcycle

The next session will feature three manufacturers of fine glasses, single-sheet bending microforms, and sealants, adhesives, and waterproofing materials.
This is an opportunity for those who have never visited MOBIO to learn about the skills of Osaka SMEs in an easy-to-understand and fun way. Let's have an exciting time!
