The company's main products are ceramic band heaters and small tube furnaces. Both of these products are made-to-order, designed and manufactured according to customer needs. CEO Kuroda said, "Once we start designing a product based on inquiry, we usually receive formal orders for it."

The company's ceramic band heaters can handle temperatures up to about 700°C and are used in nonferrous metal and high-temperature resin extrusion molding machines, injection molding machines, and the high-temperature parts of many tubular devices. Kuroda said, "The ceramic band heaters are a result of our nichrome wire processing technology and design capabilities. We are confident that no other company can match this technology in Osaka."

The small tube furnace differs in structure from ordinary tube furnaces by utilizing a special processing technology to wind nichrome wire directly around the furnace core tube. The furnace has the advantages of rapid temperature rise and uniform heat transfer.

●Strengths lie in the technology for winding electrically heated wires of various sizes

The electric heating wire processing technology is recognized by many equipment manufacturers who request the company to wind coils of difficult shapes and sizes.

Kuroda is taking on the challenge of downsizing ceramic band heaters to meet the size changes in equipment, a need of the times.
